Ocean City Dreaming Concerts
OceanCity.com will be bringing you a weekly concert entitled Ocean City Dreaming every Thursday evening from 7 until 7:30 pm from our Facebook page. Some performers may choose to play longer and we will post that if we know in advance.
This concert series is for all those that love Ocean City. Please tune in. You will see artists that are local or play locally. They will host their own concert each week. Go to our Facebook page, to enjoy Ocean City music every Thursday! Please tip the performer. They are performing for us in our living rooms and aren’t getting paid for any gigs in bars or restaurants. They are relying on all of us to help them through this time and to thank them for helping us through our weeks as well!

Blake is from Mississippi. He moved to Ocean City in 2002 .He has been playing music since he was 15 years old. He’s been playing in Ocean City for about 15 years or so. He plays a lot of different kinds of music, but mainly country and rock. He’s been a realtor in the area for 7 years.

Lauren became serious about music in college where she attended Berklee College of Music. She studied under the best vocal coaches and obtained a Bachelor of Music degree in Film Scoring. She also studied bass guitar which was inspired by her most influential musician Amiee Mann from group Til Tuesday. She is influenced by many other greats such at Tori Amos, Kate Bush, Janis Joplin, Robert Plant, Alicia Keys, Anne Wilson, Carole King, Carley Simon, Joni Mitchell, and Fleetwood Mac to name a few. Lauren began singing at age 10 when she discovered the Broadway show Anne. She also grew up with the sounds of Heart and Pat Benetar which she stills loves performing today.
