Oceans Calling may be taking center stage this weekend, but the fun doesn’t stop there!
With the Oceans Calling music festival in full swing from Friday to Sunday this weekend, and the Inlet Parking Lot closed for preparations, Downtown Ocean City is the epicenter of excitement. Tens of thousands of visitors are expected, creating a vibrant atmosphere around the Inlet.
But, even if you’re not attending the festival, Ocean City still has plenty to offer this weekend. Along with enjoying a leisurely stroll on the iconic Boardwalk, and relaxing on our beautiful sandy beach, you could try your hand at watersports like jet skiing or pontoon boating, or take the family mini golfing or rope climbing! And, whether you’re seeking delicious food and drink specials, live music, or sports action, you’ll find it all across town, from the Inlet right up to North Ocean City.
There’s a great choice of live music and entertainment in many of our bars and restaurants across town throughout the weekend. Many sports bars and restaurants will also be showing major sporting events, creating a lively atmosphere for sports enthusiasts.
There’s also Happy Hours and food and drink specials all over town, and so we have put together a few of them which you can enjoy this weekend in Ocean City Md.
Angler Restaurant and Bar
Seacrets
Not going to be at Oceans Calling for live music? Don’t worry, there’s great live music at Seacrets, all weekend long. The Amish Outlaws are playing Thursday, The Way Outs and Lights Out by 8 are playing Friday, and Screaming Monkeys are on at 10pm on Saturday.
Seacret’s Beach Closing Party is Saturday at 5pm and includes Everything Must Go’ specials and live music throughout the night.
Sunday at Seacrets you’ll find Football Sundays which includes food AND drink specials!
The Shrimp Boat
Swing by The Shrimp Boat on Rt 611 for their Mini Feast on Saturday and Sunday from 11-3pm, just $34.99 for dine in. They will have big crags all weekend, and Mr. Eddie shucking oysters until 4 pm on Sunday! Freshly shucked and served at just $1.50 per oyster—it’s the perfect time to enjoy the season’s best!
Crawl Street Tavern
Crawl Street Tavern is located just steps from the festival venue, and will be open 8AM til 2AM daily, serving breakfast, lunch, & dinner all weekend.
There’s a kick off concert Thursday night with Grammy award nominated Stephen Kellogg and after parties Friday & Saturday nights.
On Sunday they have the TICKET!!! NFL games start at 1PM!!
Tipsy Taco
Visit Tipsy Taco during Oceans Calling Weekend and escape the festival’s high drink prices. Enjoy 2-for-1 drinks from 2-6pm this Friday and Saturday! Visit them before, after, and in between sets!

There’s live music all weekend at Beach Barrels on 132nd Street in North Ocean City including Oyster Bones on Friday
Pickles Pub
Pickles on 8th Street will have NFL Specials during all games!
Coral Reef Restaurant
At the Coral Reef Restaurant on located in Holiday Inn & Suites on 17th Street, there’s NFL Happy Hour on Sunday from 12-8pm. Happy Hour specails include 1/2 Pound Steamed Shrimp $10, 1 Pound Wings $10, Sticky Ribs $10, Beef Sliders $10, Pretzel Bites $9, Mozzarella Sticks $6 , Domestic Beer $4 and Imported Beer $5.
The Ember’s Restaurant
There’s an Oceans Calling Brunch at The Embers Restaurant on Sunday from 10am-1pm. It’s a great menu, plus there’s FREE parking and a $20 shuttle service to the festival ~ check it out here.

There’s live music all week long at Harpoon Hanna’s in Fenwick Island!
Vista Rooftop
There’s NFL Specails available during all NFL games at the bar only at Vista Rooftop on the top floor of the Fenwick Inn.
Trapped Escape Room
