The polls are closed, the votes are tallied, and the people have spoken for the 12th year in a row! This year’s competition covered more than 42 polls in four broad categories: best restaurants, things to do, bars, and best of the boardwalk. Check out the winners and visit their businesses to get the best Ocean City has to offer.

This is the ONLY competition in Ocean City that has absolutely nothing to do with advertising or other schemes. If you see a business on this list, it means that voters on Facebook and on OceanCity.com thought those businesses were the best! OceanCity.com formed a team of local residents and business owners to choose another winner in most of the polls to give visitors another option.  In some polls, we decided that the business that won in the voting was so clearly the best that we didn’t need to give you another option or we didn’t really have a clear option to offer.   The winning businesses will receive the 2023 Best of OceanCity® photo award plaque and the 2023 Winner decal for their windows and doors which they can proudly display because they are truly the Best of Ocean City®.
