Where to find Immediate Care in Ocean City
There are several walk-in clinics in Ocean City that give you access to healthcare on the spot. The West OC Injury and Wellness Center (located at 12547 Ocean Gateway) and 75th St. Medical Center are both open year round offering immediate non-emergency care. You can also stop by the Atlantic Immediate Care locations at 1001 North Philadelphia Avenue (10th Street) in Ocean City and 9713 Healthway Drive in Berlin for help with minor illness, sprains/strains, excessive sunburn, and other non-emergency ailments.
Hospitals near Ocean City
Should you find yourself in need of emergency care or treatment for a more serious illness/injury, the Ocean City area has two of the top hospitals in the region at your disposal. Atlantic General Hospital (AGH) in Berlin and Peninsula Regional Medical Center (PRMC) in Salisbury are both fully equipped with exceptionally trained personnel and top of the line facilities, and are capable of handling a gamut of medical and healthcare needs. Along the Delaware Beaches, the Nanticoke Health Services and Nanticoke Memorial Hospital provide top-line care, in addition to the award-winning Beebe Medical Center in Lewes, DE.
Ocean City also has a number of private practices as well as a plethora of CVS and other pharmacies where you can pick up all of your over the counter and prescription medication or grab preventative supplies.
