The inaugural Jellyfish Festival will take place in Ocean City, Maryland June 21 – 23, 2019
Jellyfish Festival is a music, surfing, skating and fitness-centered festival coming to Ocean City, MD for the first time in 2019. The core of the festival is the mainstage: This will be right off the Boardwalk north of the Pier, stretching into North Division Street. Jellyfish will include three days of local and national music acts on the mainstage, at the historic Ocean Bowl Skatepark and at private participating venues throughout town.

On Feb. 5, the music lineup of the music and arts festival was announced:
The inaugural festival will feature headliners Styx, Newsboys, Badfish, and Ballyhoo.
Other acts include King Schascha, Crowder, Crack the Sky, Rayvns, Blue Miracle, Sweet Leda, Swell Fellas, Muskrat Lightning, Phantom Limbs, Boys Called Suzan, Melissa Alessi, Rogue Citizens, Frankie Moran, and Lauren Glick.
More acts are expected to be announced later in the season.
Fitness, skateboarding, art, and more
In addition to the musical acts, there will also be family-friendly activities and fun within the five-block Jellyfish Village, starting beside the mainstage. Jellyfish Village will include a fitness challenge, a skateboard and bicycle zone, a secondary music stage, vendors and artists.
There will be performances by a freestyle Motocross team, contests with professional surfers and skateboarders and a beach obstacle course for all ages.
Weekend and daily passes will be available for the three-day event or for individual concerts. Offerings will include VIP, reserved and general admission seating for the concerts. Included in the price of admission will be access to participating entertainment (with souvenir lanyard), as well as a “TBA” discount at those participating venues on food and beverage.
