Free “Creative Connections” Returns to the Art League of Ocean City Friday, November 13, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

OCEAN CITY, MD  — October 27, 2026 — The Art League of Ocean City’s Creative Connections continues to provide adults ages 60 and over with an opportunity to explore art, share ideas, and build community in a welcoming and relaxed environment.

Creative Connections is a free monthly art club for those who believe that creativity has no retirement date. Whether participants are lifelong artists or interested in art, the program offers a welcoming space to discover, connect, and enjoy creativity together with others.

The next Creative Connections gathering will be held Friday, November 13, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Art League of Ocean City Center for the Arts. The program is free, and registration is encouraged but not required.

The meeting includes peer-led presentation from a fellow creative, with topics ranging from art history and artists to contemporary techniques and creative practices. After the presentation, participants are invited to join an open conversation and discussion, ask questions, share ideas, and enjoy light refreshments.

Get creative and bring a touch of nature indoors with our November program! Join us on Friday, November 13, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. for an engaging, hands-on experience with Joan Guerriero, creating a beautiful Garden Moss Box.

All supplies will be provided, so participants can relax, explore their creativity, and enjoy crafting a unique piece inspired by nature. Following the presentation, stay for an interactive discussion and Q&A with Joan, offering an opportunity to ask questions, share ideas, and learn more.
