The OC Air Show brings the nation’s top military and civilian aerial acrobatic acts to the beach for a weekend of jaw-dropping flight demos, scintillating stunt shows, fabulous flight formations, pinpoint parachute jumps, and more mesmerizing acts that defy gravity and common sense. The US AIR FORCE THUNDERBIRDS return to Ocean City on June 13-14 to headline the Ocean City Air Show. Details on the participants will be announced as we get the information. This year, the French Air and Space Force has selected Ocean City’s Air Show to kickoff the Patrouille de France’s historic “Liberté 250” U.S. Tour celebrating America’s 250th birthday. June 13-14, 2026 the skies over Ocean City will come alive with the iconic red, white, and blue smoke of the Patrouille de France as they join the Air Force Thunderbirds to celebrate the enduring friendship between France and the United States.Viewing Locations
You can view the action at the OC Air Show from the beach or boardwalk, or join special viewing parties on top of hotels and businesses that put you face-to-face with the the country’s top pilots and flight teams. You can also buy tickets to view from the designated show area on the beach. Where should I stay if I want to come to Ocean City for the Air Show
Search availability and rates online here: https://hotels.oceancity.com/ If you want to watch the action from your hotel balcony, get an oceanfront room at the Hyatt or the Courtyard by Marriott. Both hotels are on the beach where show central is set up! You can find availability at the above link. If these hotels are sold out, you can try the other oceanfront hotels between 10th and 20th for the best views.What time is the show on Saturday and Sunday?
The Drop Zone Beach open at 9 am on Saturday and Sunday. The Flight Line Club beach area will open at 10 am on Saturday and Sunday. The program kicks off at 11:30am and the aerial portion of the show runs from noon to about 3:00pm.What time is the practice on Friday?
Practice schedules are subject to change and are therefore not published. You will likely see planes flying all throughout the week prior to the show. We are unable to post the practice schedules as they are subject to change.
Will the schedule be the same both days?
All the major acts will perform both days. The specific line-ups of each day’s show are posted about 1-2 weeks prior to the show.
Where is show center?
A good portion of the show is viewable from 6th Street to 26th Street. The ticketed beach areas are at show center from 13th Street to 17th Street. We cannot guarantee views outside of the ticketed areas.
Do you recommend ear protection for children?
Ear protection is recommended, especially for children under 5 who may be startled by the noise of the aerial performance teams.
Where would I park for the Air Show?
Traffic during the Air Show is very busy, so if at all possible, leave the car behind and either walk or take the bus. If you need to take the car, you can park at the West Ocean City Park and Ride, and then either walk or take the bus over the Rout 50 Bridge. After the show is finished, don’t plan to be any where fast! Spend sometime at the beach, stay for dinner, then head home or back to your hotel.
