Sandcastles rising by the shore, Boardwalk pictures, smiles so wide, Braving ghosts behind haunted doors, And taking that thrilling ride.
Fireworks bursting overhead, Ice cream melting in the sun, Morning bike rides down the boards, Another beach day has begun.
Dolphins dancing through the waves, A baby’s first toes in the sand, (However those dreaded jellyfish were not part of what we planned!)
These are the moments we remember, The little things that mean the most— The laughs, the sunsets, sandy feet, And memories made along the coast.
