How to Get to Oceans Calling 2026
Oceans Calling returns to Ocean City, Maryland, September 25–27, 2026. The festival takes place at the southern end of the Ocean City Boardwalk and on the beach surrounding the Ocean City Inlet. With thousands of people traveling downtown each day, planning how you will arrive—and how you will get home—is important. Festival entrances are located along the Boardwalk between North Division Street and South Division Street.

Where to Park for Oceans Calling
There is no festival parking available from North Division Street south to the Inlet. Instead, drivers should park farther from the festival and use public transportation, walk or bike to the entrance.
Recommended parking locations include:
West Ocean City Park and Ride: 12848 Ocean Gateway, Ocean City, MD 21842
Roland E. Powell Convention Center: 4001 Coastal Highway, Ocean City, MD 21842
100th Street Municipal Parking Lot: 10267 Coastal Highway, Ocean City, MD 21842
Public transportation will serve these parking locations during the festival. Accessible parking is available at Ocean City’s municipal parking lots.
Because parking and buses will be busiest near performance times, allow extra time to reach the festival grounds.

Beach Bus Service During Oceans Calling
The Beach Bus costs $4 for a Ride-All-Day pass during Oceans Calling. Service is expected approximately every 20 minutes, although waits may be longer during peak demand. Festival transportation will continue until approximately one hour after the show ends each night.
Ocean City’s Beach Bus will operate an express route during Oceans Calling, using fewer stops than the regular Beach Bus route.

Southbound service will stop at:
144th Street/North Transit Station, 142nd Street, 139th Street, 137th Street, 131st Street, 130th Street, 126th Street, 123rd Street, 121st Street, 118th Street, 115th Street, 107th Street, 100th Street/Old Landing Road, 99th Street, 94th Street, 85th Street, 82nd Street, 78th Street, 71st Street, 67th Street, 65th Street, 61st Street, 56th Street, 49th Street, 45th Street, 43rd Street, 41st Street, 37th Street, 32nd Street, 30th Street, 27th Street, 26th Street, 21st Street, 17th Street, 14th Street, 8th Street and 3rd Street.
Northbound Beach Bus Stops
After the festival, northbound passengers can board on Baltimore Avenue between Wicomico Street and Talbot Street.

Talbot Street, 8th Street, 13th Street, 18th Street, 21st Street, 23rd Street, 26th Street, 32nd Street, 39th Street, 46th Street, 48th Street, 54th Street, 59th Street, 67th Street, 74th Street, 80th Street, 86th Street, 92nd Street, 100th Street/Old Landing Road, 107th Street, 115th Street, 123rd Street, 130th Street, 135th Street, 139th Street and the North Transit Station at 144th Street.
West Ocean City Park and Ride Shuttle
Festival transportation will operate between the West Ocean City Park and Ride and downtown Ocean City.

When leaving the festival, passengers returning to West Ocean City can board the shuttle at the South End Transit Station on South Division Street.
Rideshare and Passenger Drop-Off
The official rideshare, passenger drop-off and pick-up location is the:

The walk from the lot to the festival is approximately five to 10 minutes.
Rideshare demand is expected to be extremely high when the festival ends each night, and the number of available drivers may be limited. Visitors may want to leave before the final rush or spend some additional time walking along the Boardwalk before requesting a ride.
Walking to Oceans Calling
Walking is one of the easiest ways to reach the festival, particularly for visitors staying in downtown Ocean City.
Estimated walking times to the main entrance include:
From 40th Street: Approximately 55 minutes
From 30th Street: Approximately 45 minutes
From 20th Street: Approximately 30 minutes
From 10th Street: Approximately 15 minutes
From West Ocean City Park and Ride: Approximately 20 minutes
The walk from the northern end of the Boardwalk at 27th Street to the festival’s north entrance is approximately two miles and takes about 40 minutes.
Use marked crosswalks when crossing Coastal Highway or Baltimore Avenue, and wait for the pedestrian signal before entering an intersection.
Biking to Oceans Calling
Biking can be a convenient alternative to driving or waiting for a crowded bus. Festival bicycle parking will be located off the Boardwalk between 2nd and 3rd streets.
Bring your own bicycle lock.
Estimated biking times to the main entrance include:
From 40th Street: Approximately 13 minutes
From 30th Street: Approximately 10 minutes
From 20th Street: Approximately eight minutes
From 10th Street: Approximately five minutes
From West Ocean City Park and Ride: Approximately eight minutes
Area bicycle-rental companies include Bike World, Dandy Don’s Bike Rentals, Big Jim’s Bikes and Cycle City. Availability may be limited during the festival, so reserving a bicycle in advance is recommended.
Hotel Shuttles
Some Ocean City hotels may provide courtesy transportation for registered guests. Contact your hotel directly to confirm whether it offers festival transportation and to check its operating hours.

Participating hotel shuttles will use the Somerset Street drop-off and pick-up area, approximately two blocks from the festival venue. Hotel shuttles are separate from Ocean City’s Beach Bus service.
Accessible Transportation and Parking
Accessible parking is available at Ocean City municipal parking facilities. Festival attendees who need accessible transportation, parking or entry information should review the festival’s official accessibility instructions before arriving.
Flying to Ocean City
The two principal airports for visitors flying to Oceans Calling are:
Salisbury–Ocean City Wicomico Regional Airport (SBY): Approximately 30 minutes from Ocean City
Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI): Approximately two and a half hours from Ocean City by car
Travel times can increase substantially during busy festival arrival and departure periods.
Plan Your Trip Before Leaving
Transportation arrangements and festival procedures can change. Confirm your parking location, bus stop, drop-off point and return plan before heading to the festival. It is also a good idea to save or screenshot the relevant information in case cellular service becomes slow in crowded areas.
