OK, most of us would say "not again" to this snow storm that is approaching, causing schools to let out at 12:30.  However, for those of you that are in Berlin or Ocean City, it appears that you have some great dining and happy hour specials. 

Three Days Off, Two Great Holidays, One Fantastic Town

Yes, we did indeed get almost a foot of snow.  I don't know the actual amount, but I know that I have at least 12 inches of snow behind my car and it's a LONG way to the street.  So, I don't care if it blew there or fell there, I'm calling this the snow storm of my 6 years on the Shore!!!

OK.  They are predicting up to 5 inches of Snow for Saturday.

I have spent the last several mornings grabbing a coffee at the Starbucks on Coastal Highway and then heading across the Route 50 Bridge into Ocean City.  Yesterday, I arrived at the inlet parking lot to see a low red glow along the horizon.  It seemed to brighten and just when I thought the best was over and headed back across the bridge to Berlin, I noticed that not only the horizon was red, but that the sun was illuminating the entire sky over the ocean with ribbons of brilliant red, pink, and gray.  Needless to say it was spectacular and I turned around.  Arriving at

 Winter is returning to O.C. this weekend even though it is 51 degrees at this moment. However, there are plenty of cold weather, maybe even snow, activities you can enjoy. Grab your camera and take pictures of the beach blanketed in snow. Not a cold weather enthusiast! Have a go at some Arcade Games, Indoor Golf or take in a movie at one of the local theaters. How about Ice Skating at The Carousel. Whatever you do, come on down to Ocean City. We're always open. See you at the shore.

 The weekend is coming and who REALLY knows what weather has in store for us. If it's nice out you already know what you're going to do.
