There comes a point when you must ask yourself, “Am I entertained?” Regardless of the answer, you should pick any of the following events to attend. Ocean City, Maryland thrives this time of year, and so should you!

De Lazy Lizard features music all week long–there’s something to be enthused about! On Monday, June 18, Rick Button Duo plays at 5 p.m. On Tuesday, not only does The Solution play at 5 p.m., but de Lazy Lizard is part of a Tuesday Night Block Party! Head to de Lizard for dancing all night. Wednesday brings Randy Lee Ashcraft at 5 p.m. and DJ Jeremy at 10 p.m. On June 21st, Tim and the Animal perform at 5 p.m. on Friday. Friday starts the excitement at BJ’s on the Water. Opposite Directions rocks the crowd at 9 p.m. on Friday, followed by Tranzfusion on Saturday at the same time. BJ’s website, http://bjsonthewater.com/livemusic.cfm, can offer you additional information.

Next, onto Seacrets. Monday, Garden State Radio rocks out at 10 p.m., DJ Tuff jams at 9 p.m., Jim Long Band performs at 5 p.m., DJ Davie turns the tables at 10 p.m. and Three Legged Fox also plays (time TBA). On Tuesday, here’s what’s happening: Opposite Directions at 5 p.m., DJ Cruz at 9 p.m., DJ Mike-T at 9 p.m., Darkside Party at night, DJ Bobby-O at 11 a.m., and Three Legged Fox again. Wednesday, Seacrets heats it up with Table Ten at 5 p.m., DJ Cruz at 9 p.m., DJ Bobby-O at 11 a.m., DJ Mike-T at 9 p.m., and Burnt Sienna (time TBA). On Sunday, Seacrets also hosts a Q&A session with a celebrity! His name is Dominic Zamprogna, a.k.a. Dante from General Hospital. Ocean City, Maryland proves it’s the most thankful town around. Ocean City, Maryland Art

Artists come together for a three day painting competition on June 22. Watch the action and purchase some art of your own. On Saturday, from 2 to 4, artists are challenged to paint within two hours at Northside Park. Sunday, Somerset Street sees an art show entitled “Wet Paint Sale” from 5 to 8 p.m. There will be prizes, live music, and art for sale on Sunday.
