Springfest is finally here! This Thursday through Sunday marks the 22nd Springfest Celebration in Ocean City. The fun is located in the Inlet parking lot, where participants can indulge in food, cool drinks, and intriguing art and craft vendors. In addition to the great finds to purchase, Springfest-goers can enjoy live music from two stages. Among the many fabulous musical guests coming to Springfest, you’ll find Eddie Money and The Fabulous Hubcaps. What’s even better about this celebratory event is that it’s free! As in, all four days to the fun are free! Some headline acts do charge though. Go to Ocean City’s Chamber of Commerce website, www.ococean.com to find the links for the purchase of music tickets.

Things to do in Ocean City, MD April 30-May6; Jewelry ShowLooking for more fun this weekend? Ocean City hosts a jewelry show this Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. At this dazzling show, you’ll find gold, sterling silver, pearls, beads, loose stones, crystals, and more sparkling beauties. There are a multitude of jewelry styles to peruse and purchase. Bring a special someone or surprise them with a gift from the show! There’s another way to celebrate the wonderful weather this weekend aside from Springfest. Berlin hosts its 5th annual Jazz & Blues Bash on Saturday. Talented tune-makers and crowds of listeners take over Main Street, the location of this event. Food, drinks, and vendors will also line Main Street to accommodate the fun. The bash takes place from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Go to www.berlinchamber.org to find out more.

Friday, May 4th, Seacrets offers three incredible acts to entertain you all night long. First up, The Benjamins, at 10 p.m. This group not only brings talented music to the stage, but also custom lights and stage set-up. Consider this event more than a show–it’s an experience. Also on Friday, see Jah Works, a band that’s performed for the troops. This eclectic group plays at 9 p.m. John McNutt Band comes to stage at 5 p.m. on Friday amped with guitars and passionate lyrics. Saturday, Thrill, a group that focuses on party-vibes and modern rock tunes, plays on stage at 10 p.m. Also on Saturday is a Seacrets’ favorite: Jon Maurer Band.
