Tasted the new offering from Sam Adams and was left unimpressed. The Alpine Spring is a light-bodied and well balanced beer that pours with an cloudy, orange color. It smells hoppier than it tastes but leaves nothing on the tongue to make you say wow. All in all a slightly above average but unremarkable beer. Too bad, I have come to expect a more from the Sam Adams Brewery.
