PINWHEELS FOR PEACE

In honor of International Day of Peace, students at Berlin Intermediate School created hundreds of pinwheels and placed them outside of the school on Sept. 21. On that day, more than 3.5 million pinwheels were spinning in 40 countries. The project has been important for art advocacy, uniting students, schools, and is a part of anti-bullying and anti-violence campaigns.
