Ocean City Center for Arts GRAND OPENING — Ribbon cutting at 4:30 p.m., 502 94th St. Following the ceremony, Art League of Ocean City will host its first reception of 2013 in the new building. Featuring guest artist Patrick Henry. The Galleria will feature works by member artists in all media.
