HORSE & CARRIAGE RIDES ON THE BOARDWALK — Weather and ridership permitting, horse and carriage rides will board passengers near Thrasher’s at the Inlet lot and travel around the pier and down the Boardwalk to Fourth Street and back on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., through April 30.
