Ocean City, Md is a mecca for watersports, but one company is upping the ante by bringing the latest vertical watersport craze- the HOVERBOARD- to the beach, and they are giving you to chance to be one of the first people to ride it, for FREE.
OC Jetovator, located on 53rd St, bayside, is the first watersport rental company in the state of Maryland to debut the latest creation from watersport pioneer, Franky Zapata, which is essentially like flying a surf or skateboard through the air 10 feet above the water.
The hoverboard will take you on one of the most extreme rides of your life, but it’s actually great for any age (riders under 18 must have adult permission) and incredibly easy to handle. The OC Jetovator staff trains all riders, oversees all flights, and most people are able to get airborne within the first few attempts. Once in the air, the board is stable and operates similarly to a surf or skateboard, allowing you to easily perform tricks, dip in and out of the water, or just hover around being the envy of all your friends.
