-This Saturday, March 28, is the 5th annual Brewgrass festival at Fager’s Island. This widely popular beer and music festival was attended by over 400 people in 2014 and expects to only get better in 2015. The event lasts from 1-5pm and your $40 ticket includes craft beer offerings from Dogfish Head, Burley Oak, Evolution, Heavy Seas, Union, Flying Dog, and Brewer’s Art, as well as commemorative pint glass, all all-you-can-eat southern style BBQ buffet, and live music by Saltwater Road and Drymill String Band.
-If you’re more of a wine person than a beer person, the Costa Ventosa Winery and Vineyard in nearby Whaleyville is hosting an adult Easter Egg Hunt from 3-6pm. The event is to benefit the Wino Hero’s Relay for Life Team and tickets cost $15 in advance or $20 at the door and include a glass of wine or beer. -Also on Saturday, the Ocean City Volunteer Fire Company will be hosting an indoor yard sale from 8am to 1pm. Table rentals are $10 each or three for $25 and the OCVFD is also accepting gently used items for Ladies Auxiliary table.
