As we head into another October weekend in Ocean City, MD, both O.C.toberfest and Shore Craft Beer Month are officially under way. This means that not only do you get to enjoy an empty beach if you visit us this weekend, but will have plenty of options for entertaining the entire family.
Here are this week’s highlights:
– On Saturday, October 17, O.C.toberfest rolls on with not one, but two family friendly events. Don’t miss the widely popular Howl-o-ween Pet Parade at 2pm. Dress yourself and your pet in your best costumes and stroll the Boardwalk for a chance win one of many prizes
-While you’re downtown, make sure to also check out the O.C.toberfest Beach Maze. Open from 10am to 5pm, your whole family will love getting lost in this Ocean City Halloween tradition.
– Fall Restaurant Week is also underway in Ocean City. This year’s event ties in with Shore Craft Beer Month, meaning many participating restaurants will be featuring menu options that either include or pair perfectly with locally brewed beers. Be on the lookout for prefixed menus, seasonal creations, and many more mouth watering options at your favorite Ocean City restaurant between now and October 25.
-Speaking of Shore Craft Beer Month, we are just over a week away from Ocean City’s first major fall beer festival. Originating from Sunset Park on October 24, this event runs from 12_30=4:30 and features only local beers served by the men and women who make them. Shore Craft Beer Fest promises to be unlike any beer festival you’ve ever attended, so check out the reasons why, then book your tickets before they are sold out!
