Since Monday, the best anglers from across the globe have been in Ocean City, Md testing their skills on the high seas and trying to reel in a prize winning fish in the 42nd Annual White Marlin Open. A week of drama hits a creshendow today as the World’s Largest Bill Fish Tournament draws to a conclusion. If you want to see who takes home a million dollar fish, head down to Harbour Island (14th St., bayside) from 4-9pm for the final night of weigh-ins, or check out the live leaderboard at www.whitemarlinopen.com.
The White Marlin Open is far from the only thing going on in Ocean City this week. Here are the other highlights:

Now, see Graham Nash live in Ocean City as the music legend takes the stage at the Performing Arts Center inside the Ocean City Convention Center, at 8 p.m. on Friday, August 7. Tickets cost $41 and $56 an can be purchased at the Visitor’s Center on 40th Street or by calling Ticketmaster at 800-551-SEAT.
– Also this weekend is the return of Artists Paint OC- A Plein Air Event, which will bring a variety of talented artists to the beach. Artists will set up their easels along the Boardwalk, bayside and beaches, Friday, Saturday, and the public is invited to watch. Judging will take place Saturday from 5-6pm and Sunday at 11:30am at the Ocean City Center for the Arts on 94th St. There will also be a wet paint sale from 6-8pm on Saturday. – Finally, if your family isn’t taking advantage of Ocean City’s free weekly events, you’re not making the most of your vacation. This week, create your own sundaes at Northside Park from 7-9pm with Sundaes in the Park; check out a spectacular laser lights show along the Boardwalk with OC Beach Lights shows at 9:30, 10, 10:30pm; enjoy beach fireworks on Monday and Tuesday on the beach at N. Division St; listen to the sweet sounds of Bluesman Tom Larsen at Wednesday’s Concert on the Beach on the Caroline Street Stage; and rock out with Sunset Park Party Nights on Thursday from 7-9pm.
