BERLIN — Michael Dennis “Mike” Martz, passed away peacefully in his home in West Ocean City on Monday, Nov. 12, 2012, due to complications from liver cancer. Born July 31, 1943, in Washington, D.C., he was the son of the late Joseph F. and Evelyn T. Martz.
Mr. Martz is survived by his wife, Terry and children, Bobby Ferguson, Dana Marie Rose and her husband, Kenny, and Angie Principe and her husband, Andrew. There are seven grandchildren, Justin, Ashley, Kaulin, Nino, Nick, Sophia and Angelina; a sister, Pat Martz; and many loving in-laws, nieces and nephews.
Mr. Martz served in the United States Air Force directly from high school. He worked in the printing industry for 40 years, but his true love was woodworking. He loved to fish, cook and watch TV. His true happiness was spending time with his family.
