    Cool St. Paddys Day

WOW,,, i think this past weekend was busier than some summer weeks.... CRAZY down there..and the bars and restaurants were nuts too.... I know not everything was open..BUT by the traffic and people lining up Coastal Highway to watch the parade had to be a profitable weekend for OC.!!!

There were definitely some interesting green outfits walking down towards downtown. I thought I had arrived on a different planet. My wife and i walked past Kirby's that night. It was bursting at the seams. We had dinner at Liquid Assets, and a fight almost broke out between a couple of guys who maybe had a bit too much to drink. For a moment there I thought they'd go crashing into the expensive Scotch whiskey section. :-)

That's what happens when it all falls on the same day. St. Patrick's Day and a Saturday makes for one big mess! The parade was nice and long. I think I got the biggest kick out of the Chic Filet cow walking down the street. Ridiculous and out of place...........too funny.
