This was taken at 83rd St. The construction was just to the left (North) at about 11 O'clock from 83rd.

My God people.....do a little research. I have repeated over and over that this is NOT the windmill construction but whatever.....people live in their own little world. The windmill field design is not even completed and is probably a year or so away. After that, they have to go through the regulatory process which will take another couple years at least. Relax....and for God's sake use that high powered camera the way most red-blooded Americans would......spying on their neighbors.
