I just saw some prep work today.......... around 139th street. There was a bulldozer flattening sand near the dunes, a large tractor pulling pipes in a trailer thing and another tractor with large claws to move the pipes. They had already layed out most of the pipe in the few blocks I could see up north.



Didn't think to take pics of it. Have they began to pump sand in areas? Maybe I can take a break from work during the day this week and take pics of it. If I knew where to go. I don't know what stage things are in where.
