Does anyone know anything about this place? My nephew is going to be staying there in late June and wanted some reviews. Nothing on Trip Advisor, any of you know anything?

Co worker says they are a building on 30th street with pool. All efficeincies some with murphy beds? She says they can be kinda old and seedy. But i havent openly heard anything bad about them around town so it cant be too bad. I am sure they'll be ok for senior weekers though.

I'm sure they will do fine Beth, ha ha, they don't really care about much except a roof over their heads and a bed to sleep in.
