The Freeman Arts Pavilion, a program of the Joshua M. Freeman Foundation, is located on Rt 54 just minutes from North Ocean City. An arts nonprofit, Freeman Arts Pavilion offers diverse programming including live music, theatre, comedy, dance, children’s programming and more.

Locals Under the Lights returns to Freeman Pavilion for the ninth season! Audience members can sit back, relax and enjoy local and up-and-coming artists perform on the same stage as national acts, such as Darius Rucker, Styx and Lady A!
