As the official kickoff of the spring season in Ocean City, St. Patrick’s Day weekend is a peek into the kind of year we might hope to have. People come from all over the region to enjoy the parade, take advantage of the waning days of having the beach pretty much to themselves and, of course, to celebrate whatever Irish heritage they feel as if they can carry off.
