WORST MOTEL EVER. I would never recommend this motel to anyone even if I were paid for it. The room-service lady and the manager accused us of having unregistered guest in the room. It was three of us and the manager said we had 6 people in the room. This man obviously needs stronger glasses. He was very rude and condescending and when we confronted him for his rude approach, he evicted us from the motel. I asked for name and number of his supervisor and owners of the motel and he refused to give us this information. He then called the police on us. He threatened to not give us back our refund for the day we had already paid. He then cheated us of $25 from the refund because we “checked-out” after 11AM. The man kicked us out at noon and then said we didn’t leave in time. We ended up going to the motel across the street called the OCEAN VOYAGER which I recommend instead of Thunderbird. The rooms were cheaper and we were not hassled at all. The Ocean Voyager (right across from Thunderbird) has the same quality rooms but without the drama of an egotistical, self-loathing manager. Did I mention that the sheets on both beds were stained and the towels were wet? VERY NASTY MOTEL.
