The Princess Royale is one of Ocean City's classic luxury hotels. The largest hotel resort in the area to use an all-suite format (rather than renting efficiencies), the hotel prides itself on its oceanfront views and convenient location. The hotel's amenities include a heated indoor pool, hot tubs, saunas, a health club, tennis courts, and a four-story "tropical atrium." Princess Royale also features dining options including Schooners' Oceanfront Restaurant and Lounge, the Palm Court Atrium Cafe, and the Cafe on the Green.

The hotel's three hundred and ten two-room suites include luxury features including tempur-pedic mattresses, high-speed wireless internet, private balconies, HBO movie channel, granite countertops, full kitchens, and more. Guests in 2008 will find new furniture, new linens and more recent additions to the luxury hotel experience.

Last year, the Princess Royale opened a new venture, the Princess Royale Oceanfront Condominiums. These condominium rental units are designed for families, with two-three bedrooms and bathrooms each. Three bedroom, three bath condos are rented weekly only; Saturday-Saturday. The two bedroom, two bath condos with one front (center) balcony are rented weekly only; Saturday-Saturday. Reservations for these two type of units will have a specific unit assigned at the time of the reservation. Rental agents then provide guests with their exact bedding information and unit #.

Reservations for the two bedroom condos with one corner (side) balcony are being accepted in the following patterns only; 3 nights (Thursday, Friday & Saturday) 4 nights (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday) or 7 nights (Saturday - Saturday). Reservations for this unit type will not have a specific unit assigned at the time of the reservation. Please note the internet reservations made for dates not following these arrival/departure patterns will be void.
