Built as a residence for a doctor and his family circa 1900, Holland House was converted into a bed-and-breakfast by the family of Jan and Jim Quick. The building is now registered as a historic location, and maintained in quaint, charming turn-of-the-century style. The b&b is located in the historic downtown district of Berlin, near to museums, antiques shops, restaurants and more historic homes, as well as the locally famous Globe Theater.
The house has 6 guest rooms, all with private bath. Each room is double occupancy, ideal for a romantic weekend. The rooms feature queen sized beds and unique decor with a personal touch. The building is centrally air-conditioned. The inn also features three common rooms, including a TV lounge.
Children under 13 are not permitted to stay in the Holland House. Reservations are recommended, and can be made over the phone. Check-in times are between 3:30 and 6:30.
