Built in 1987 in the style of Ocean City's Victorian era, the Dunes Manor Hotel is located one block from the Ocean City Boardwalk, and each room is oceanfront with a direct, private balcony. The Victorian Room Restaurant provides breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Zippy Lewis Lounge serves cocktails and social ambiance. The "Barefoot Beach Bar", in season, features frozen drinks and snacks. Rocking chairs decorate the Dunes Manor Hotel's Verandah, which overlooks the ocean. A glorious way to take it all in.

Each of the Dunes Manor's 68 rooms has a balcony and ocean front room, plus modern conveniences, including a small refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. All guests may use the indoor/outdoor pool, jacuzzi and attend complimentary afternoon tea. A Standard Hotel room in June costs $189-$219 per night. The 10 Suites and Efficiencies each with a fully equipped kitchen, 2-double beds & sleeper sofa. Efficiencies offer separate bedrooms. The Dunes Manor Hotel offers several seasonal packages. Open year round.

The Dunes Manor Hotel has 17 years experience hosting conferences. The Dunes Manor offers over 6,000 square feet of flexible meeting and banquet space. The Genesar Ballroom provides meeting and banquet space for up to 150 persons. The oceanfront Verrazano Room offers beautiful meeting space for up to 65 persons and 4 oceanfront studio suites can be used for breakout groups or board meetings.
