Features

The Castle In The Sand provides three types of room accommodations: (1) Standard hotel room - 2 double beds & bath, (2) Efficiencies with fully-equipped kitchenettes and balconies and (3) 1 & 2 bedroom apartments.

Amenities include a 25 meter Olympic swimming pool, The Beach House Restaurant, Coconuts Beach Bar & Grill, Dressing rooms, Umbrella and beach equipment rentals, elevator service (in Castle North and Waverley only) and free parking.

Castle in the Sand provides several specials and group packages, including golf packages and tours of the Eastern Shore. Castle in the Sand is located 200 yards from the Convention Center. Castle in the Sand has meeting space available for rental and provides many special events throughout the spring and fall.

A deposit of $250.00 is required to guarantee your reservation. Two weeks notice is required for return of deposit on cancellations. Check-in time is after 3:00 p.m. for the oceanfront buildings and 4:00 p.m. for our cottage and condominium buildings. Checkout time is 11:00 a.m. Pets are not allowed in any of the units. All accommodations include pool and beach privileges. Cribs are available to rent at your request.

Castle in the Sand is also known as the annual host of the Surfrider longboard surf competition, held in June by the Surfrider organization.
