Sand Dollar Rewards Center

The Sand Dollars Rewards Center is now open!

OceanCity.com has just introduced a new rewards program where we give Sand Dollars to people who participate on OceanCity.com.  Think of the new Sand Dollars program as a customer loyalty program.  We award Sand Dollars to the customers who are active on our site.  Currently, you can earn Sand Dollars three ways.

1. You earn Sand Dollars by participating in our online forum.  You can create or respond to a topic, upload photos, and/or write blog posts and every time you do, you will earn Sand Dollars.  The more you participate, the more Sand Dollars you will earn.
2. We also award Sand Dollars to everybody that books their reservations through OceanCity.com.  You will receive 1 Sand Dollar for every $5 you spend on your hotel, motel, or condo reservation.
3. When you return from your trip, OceanCity.com will send you an email asking you to review your hotel, motel, or condo. If you add a review, you will earn an additional 25 Sand Dollars.

The best part about the Sand Dollars is that you can redeem them for great gift certificates and other great Ocean City items.  Sand Dollars are worth $.05 each.  This is an introductory rate so get active in OceanCity.com’s forum, make your reservations on OceanCity.com, write reviews and rack up the Sand Dollars. Then, exchange them for the following gift certificates or the famous Ocean City Family Discount Coupon Book.  We will be adding items constantly, from Ocean City t-shirts and beach towels, to pizzas, and tickets to Ocean City entertainment venues.  The regular value for the Sand Dollars is $.02, so hurry to earn your Sand Dollars and exchange them at the introductory value!

Note:  OceanCity.com assigns sand dollars based on the value of your contribution to our forum or blogs.  We reserve the right to adjust sand dollar levels if we feel you aren’t actually contributing valuable content to our community.  Please remember that we want people to carry on discussions and express their opinions on Ocean City and the many businesses and activities here.  This is an active community with lots of good information from the people that know the Ocean City area best.  It is not a platform to post meaningless or unrelated information just to earn sand dollars.

How to Redeem Your Prizes with your Sand Dollars

To redeem your Sand Dollars for one of these items simply email support@oceancity.com with your desired reward, username, your name and mailing address.  We will send you out your requested gift certificate and will manually deduct the Sand Dollars from your account.  Log in to the forum to check your Sand Dollar balance.
