Thunderbird Beach Motel: "GREAT ACCOMADATIONS"

Our stay at the Thunderbird Beach Motel was great. The place was very clean. The rooms were large and had a microwave and fridge. The customer service was excellent. We were having trouble with the wireless internet connection and the front desk representatie was more than helpful. The pool and pool area were very clean. I would definitely recommend and would return again

EMPLOYEES VERY HELPFUL, ROOM CLEAN, WHEN WE NEEDED MAINTENANCE FOR A NEW LAMP THEY WERE VERY QUICK ABOUT IT. WE LIKED IT SO MUCH WE CANCELLED A RESERVATION WE HAD SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR THE FOLLOWING WEEK AND BOOKED OUR STAY AT THE THUNDERBIRD INSTEAD.

Thunderbird Beach Motel: "Good Enough"

We went for a short, planned at the last minute, vacation. The proximity to the beach is a real plus! You don't have to cross the road to get there. The pool is well maintained and a good size for young kids (with water wings). Our boys (4 & 7) really enjoyed it. The facility is clean. The rooms are small. I would have been nice to have a coffee maker. You have to take a hike to get a cup of joe in the morning. Lugging our stuff to and from the 3rd floor was a little tough.

We stayed an extra night as the weather was great and driving home on a Monday is much quicker than dealing with the NJ Tpke on a Sunday. We would stay there again, everything at the hotel was fine and location is good.

We didnt get to stay here because someone was under the age of 18, even though there were 2 people the age of 21. Never told that a parent had to be here to stay here, thanks for nothing.

I WAS VERY HAPPYAND VERY STATISFIED WITH OUR STAY, THE STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL AND ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS WITH CONFIDENCE. OUR STAY WAS EXCELENT AND WOULD DEFINETLY REFER MY FRIENDS TO STAY. THANK YOU AGAIN , WE WILL SEE YOU TO VISIT AGAIN NEXT SUMMER. PS. IS IT SUMMER 2009 YET?

MY FAMILY AND I HAD A WONDERFUL STAY. THE STAFF IS MORE THEN HELPFUL THEY ARE FRIENDLY TOO!ANYTHING WE ASKED FOR WAS GOTTEN FOR US WITH NO QUESTIONS ASKED...IT WAS REALLY NICE TO SPEND TIME IN OCEAN CITY AND BETTER YET THAT WE REALLY ENJOED WHERE WE STAYED!

Thunderbird Beach Motel: "Seriously overpriced"

We only stayed one night because we only had time for a quick getaway. The customer service was nonexistent. The girl at the front desk was incredibly rude and answered everything with "you can talk to the manager and he'll be here tomorrow". All I wanted was to leave the car in the parking lot until 2pm so we could hit the beach w/out having to move the car. They wouldn't let me even though they don't permit people to check in until 3pm and checkout is at 11am. For the incredibly inflated room price they could at least let you park for a couple of hours. We will not be going back.
