I personally only had one problem with the hotel, that being the soft matress that I slept on. Other than that, I might select this particular hotel again, but will not because of my need for a firm mattress.

WE TOOK OUR GRAND DAUGHTER HERE FOR TWO NIGHTS SHE HAD A GREAT TIME SHE LOVED THE POOL .WE WERE HAPPY WITH OUR ROOM IT WAS REAL CLEAN AND HAD A GREAT VEIW OF THE OCEAN .THIS MOTEL IS A GREAT .

The hotel was ok. When we got to our room, the key would not open the door. We got the guy from the front desk to show us we had to "pull forward on the door stick key in and out then push door open. Everytime we left the room we got locked out. Either key needed recoded or door was jammed. Inside the room there was leftover food in the refrigerator from previous family. Front desk staff was very courteous.

The hotel was located in a good area. Not far away from the action, but not too close to the be bothered. Hotel was clean and quite. Everything was within walking distance. Staff was polite and helpful, and when we plugged in too many appliances at once and the lights went out, maintenance came right away to reset the breaker. The stove, microwave and the refridge were very convenient to have in the room. We had a wonderful time.

We liked the location, close to beach, close to boardwalk, the room was clean when we arrived, we were a little disappointed with the service, in our stay we only requested the room be serviced once and they didn't leave us enough towels, the sheets weren't changed and the floor was swept but it was pretty much hit and miss.

It was a nice hotel - walking distance to the beach and boardwalk - nice kitchenette - good location. We didn't use our car the entire time because everything was within walking distance from the hotel.

If you do not want to spend a lot of money on a hotel room, do not expect anything fancy but want great access to beach and boardwalk then this is a great place to stay. You are tucked behind another motel so remember that you have an ocean "view" from your balcony if you are above floor one. I do not know about the view on one. You are right there at the boardwalk so you do not have to walk across any busy streets. It was great for the money I spent. It has a small oven range and med. size fridge, microwave and dishes if you want to save money on eating out. The elevators were scary though. They bounced around too much and their inspection registration ran out in March.
