There were ants in the room, the beds were horrible. Not comfortable at all. The price was the only good thing!

Room service was great Maid Service great Front desk great Even though there were families on both sides of us, they were very noisey up until 4:30 AM Also there was an intoxicated man knocking on my door at 5:00PM. He did this twice. Obviously he couldn\'t find his room. I think there should be more security in the hallways.

my son and I absolutley loved the stay, the room was clean, neat and convienent. The bay view was WONDERFUL. We never stayed Bayside in 20 years, will do it again next year.

The hotel was not as nice as ad. Had an ant problem in first room. Second room had peeling wallpaper on the ceiling and bedspread had a gritty substance. Hallway and elevator carpet had wet smokey odor. Some housekeeping staff did not speak English, had to show them what we needed. Eventhough the reservation was for three we had to request additional towels and cups.

The front desk manager is very rude, she would not even allow us to use the desk phone to book a tee off time at a local golf course. No sense of customer service at all. Front desk staff was clueless and were all teens from out of the country there for the summer.

We had to leave on the second night due to a family emergency at home. I spoke to the PM front desk supervisor and he said to call in the morning and speak to a manager and that it should be no problem at all to get my money back. I called yesterday and spoke to the woman and she would not give me my money back unless I faxed them a copy of the obituary. I did not appreciate this during my family\'s time of need and hardship. I resent being told that I would get my money back by one supervisor, and the other supervisor not following through with that. It really left a bad taste in our mouths about Ocean City, and particularly this hotel. We will never be staying at this hotel again, and we defineatly would not reccomend it to others!

We were actually in town for a Bachelorette weekend. It was the most convenient location that we could have had!!! Service was wonderful..... for the price, the hotel could use a bit of updating, but all in all it was a nice experience!!!

Our stay in Ocean City at our hotel was very disappointing. Our hotel was not what we were expecting. The room was in need of repairs. The room itself felt like it was not very clean. We did not like the elavator, it felt like you were going to get trapped or it was going to break down. We were very disapppointed with our stay for the amount of money we paided to stay one night. Very bad experience and we will not stay there again!
