was a nice stay. indoor pool was nice. could hear the pub's music in my room. Shower was HOT then COLD 4 times back and fouth durring shower. over all good.

The hotelw as nice, but I dont think it was worth the $100 a night, for it was the end of August, and on 48th street. It was nice, and had a great view of the oceand and bay, but no balcony. That was extra for a larger room, which we did not need for two nights. They had a roof top pool ,but you were not allowed any drinks, even water, or food. Although they serve drinks at the bar by the pool, there was never anyone there and the bar was closed teh time we were there. So you had a great view, but no source of food or drink. Our saving grace was the fact that we were right next to Seacrets night club and restaurant. We stayed there the first night, where we could sit right on the bay, and some wonderful food and great drinks without spending alot of money. As for the hotel, the staff at the front desk was young, so they played around alot while you waited to check in. And when I asked for more coffee to be sent to our room, I was told that it was on its way, and three hours later no coffee. I had to go to the front desk and get it myself. The other staf members (cleaning, ect) were rude and didnt speak one word of english. Several times we were in the elevators with them and they pushed thier laundry carts into us without saying one word. And then shoved them out of teh elevators so hard they almost hit the wall leaving the elevators. Vacuuming at 9AM outside our door, when we lcearly have the no disturb sign on our door until 10AM. The overall stay was 3 out of 5 stars. Would I stay there again? No, I can find a better place for the money. No breakfast served, no bar at the pool like it stated, and staff that was just not on the ball with checkout among other things.

For the price, this was not a value. We had two effeciencies for a family of 10. For almost $300 a night per room, we got broken couchs with lumpy mattress; not enough silver wear or dishes, a four cup coffee maker, a tiny tv and cramped bathroom. The only saving grace were the foam beds (great sleep) and fairly good location (on the bay not the beach) and most of the staff were very nice.The pool on the roof was ok but nothing special.

the rooms had a musty smell to them.the elevator was on the brink of breaking.the water pressure was horrible.hot one second,then cold the next.there were several guests rooms that were flooded or coverd in mildew.I would not stay at this hotel again.its more for frat boys

The hotel gave us a room right next to the elevators so not only was it noisy, but annoying because everytime the elevator door opened it rang like a phone and we heard it all night. The room was like most hotel rooms a tempermental air conditioning unit, but overall nice...
