Kings Arms: "Nice Motel!"

We scheduled last minute and most hotels on the boardwalk were booked, so I expanded my search and found this motel... the Kings Arms Motel was 100% cleaner than any hotel on the boardwalk I have ever stayed in. It was much appreciated!

The refrigerator did not work, and neither did the ice machine for the entire motel. We only got maid service on the first day, no one showed up on the second day. I would not stay here again.

Kings Arms: "It was bad"

the workers there are so ruled and they dont need to be running a hotel because they dont know how to talk to people they kicked my wife and I out. And left us with no place to stay. I will never go back there and I will not tell anyone else to go there. They messed up my whole vacation.

Kings Arms: "King's Arm Stay 2008"

King's Arm is a bare bones facility. By that we mean no phone, coffee, or hair dryer. The location is good and the motel was quiet, not alot of parties or excessive traffic noise. It's not the best or worst place we have ever stayed in Ocean City.

Kings Arms: "Nice Place If You're Looking For The Basics"

This year we couldn't decide what we wanted to do or where we wanted to go for our vacation. And since we waited so long to decide, our choices were limited. All we wanted was a room with a shower and comfortable beds and an outside pool. And luckily, that was what we found at the King's Arms Motel. The rooms were kind of old and could use some remodeling, but all and all, it fit our needs in finding the basics. We loved the pool. It was very clean and the temp was perfect! It was nice to come and be able to relax in the pool after a day of riding the waves in the ocean and spend some time carrying on as a family. The staff that worked there were very friendly and helpful in cleaning our room when needed and supplying us with the essentials such as towels and washcloths. And in offering suggestions for good local restaurants. I would recommend it to someone who is interested in an inexpensive room that offers the basics.

Kings Arms: "Nice"

The view from out room was decent, we could see the beach. From the balcony in front of our room, the view was beautiful at night, you could see all the way down several streets with the phillips restaurant lit up with their year round Christmas light-ginger bread house look. The room was closet-size small, but comfortable for sleeping and watching tv in.. we were there for the beach, so the room size wasn't a bother at all.
