It is an older hotel but the room was large with very comfortable beds. It was clean (even on the pet floor) and the housekeeping staff was very attentive. The folks at the front desk were very friendly and provided directions and suggestions for various activities. I would definitely stay here again (with the dogs, of course). The only drawbacks are that you must cross the highway to reach the beach and there are no handy pet-walking areas. note: they do provide an extra discount with an AARP card!

The Motel Room was very nice. The bathropom needed to be updated. Upstairs at the lounge there was supposed to entertainment but the person(s) had never shown up. One place that we went was Bumpers Resturant for icecream. We were suprised at the extensive menu list other than icecream that they had. That will be a must stop on our next visit.

the staff was very pleasant and the restaurant and pool were average. the room was very dirty with stained furniture, carpets, sheets. Very hard to look beyond the filthy room to consider this a good value.

if u need only a place to sleep for one night your ok here,this place is very old and run down rooms smell mold and animalsthe pool was so dirty i would not swim and for the day help, very rudeim talking about the front desk help not the women that clean they are friendly pay more and go somewhere else u will enjoy it more

Fenwick Inn: "Poor Customer Service"

When I first arrived there I was supposed to get a King Bed room. When I got in the room the room had not been cleaned yet from its previous occupants. There was garbage, dirty glasses, towels thrown, and the bed was not made. After asking for a new room they had no more King bed rooms and the room they gave me next still had not be cleaned as well. They finally got it right on the third try to get me a clean room. They didn't offer anything for the troubles of moving rooms two times. The third room wasn't even clean as well. The walls were dirty and one pillow had stains on it. I tried to make the best of my stay in Ocean City despite the poor service and dirtiness of the hotel. If you plan on going to the major bars in ocean city don't go here it is far from all the major attractions and taking the bus there takes a very long time. Next time I'm in Ocean City I will definitely be in a different hotel

When I called about the reservation the day before my travel I was informed that I could not bring my pet. They were supposed to send me an e-mail letting me know but they didn't. I was glad I didn't bring him. The furniture in the room was filthy. There were stains on the couch, drapery, the box spring. The room smelled like stale smoke. The bathroom sink leaked. The ice machine in the floor I stayed did not work. When we informed the front desk they told us that they knew about it and to go to the third floor and use that machine. No sign was posted. The whole appearance inside out of the hotel looked run down. Major up grade needed. I do not recommened any one to stay at the Fenwick Inn

we were so excited about our stay but unfortunately one our family's kid got the flue i called in a day ahead to cancel our trip, but i was charged for one night for 3 rooms ($525). there should be some exceptions. i will never stay nor recommend. i should be credited for that amount to show better customer svc,

Fenwick Inn: "Good value for the price"

My boyfriend and I stayed here over the Labor Day weekend and we were both pleased with our accomadations. The other reviews were read were hit or miss, so we really didn't know what to expect. The people at the desk were very nice and helpful during the check in. The room was very clean when we got there. The bathroom was a little outdated and needed to be upgraded, but for the price we paid, it wasn't bad. We couldn't hear the people in the room on either side of us, which was nice. The cleaning crew was very curteous and accomodating. Overall, I would say that it was a good place to stay with affordable rates. We would probably look at staying here again.

Fenwick Inn: "unsatisfied guest"

I was very disappointed with the hospitality for the most part. I feel that staff was very rude and unfriendly. As for the rooms "you get what you pay for." The swimming pool would of been ok besides the fact that there was a group of young men drinking from a beer bong and being loud and obnoxiously drunk while families with young kids were trying to swim. The whole place needs updated and cleaned and it wouldnt hurt to get some friendly staff members, It was not home away from home that's for sure.

Fenwick Inn: "Great place to Stay!"

We enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated. The only downside was that the carpet smelled musty! We took advantage of the pool and spa tub since the weather was not the warmest to swim at the beach. The Fenwick Inn is in a great location, we walked to many mini golf areas but enjoyed the mini golf site across from the hotel the best! We actually got to see some smiles from our teens!
