Overall the hotel was what I expected, however the maid service was subpar. The view was great and since the hotel is located on 23rd st. the area was quiet and family friendly. The issues we had with housekeeping were resolved immediately after bringing them to the attention of the day manager.

The hotel was ok. The ocean view from our balcony was the best part. The AC unit made a lot of noise so we turned it off. The staff were very nice and helpful. Overall it was a good stay.

Days Inn Oceanfront: "First Time Ocean City Visit"

My boyfriend and I arrived at the hotel 12:55 pm and was told that the room will be ready at 2:00pm, so we had lunch at Anchor Restaurant next to the holte, the food and service was horrible. If I had an enemy, I would not receommend them to this restaurant. At 2:00pm we went back to the hotel and was told that the room would not be ready until 3:00pm. So I was upset, we walked out and went and sat on the boardwalk. So at 3:00pm I called the hotel and was told that the room was ready. Checked in and the room # was 310. I walked in and the first thing that caught my eye was that the nite stand draw was broken and was hanging half way in the stand itself, broken pieces of wood layed in the floor. Then the beds were to be double, I never saw double beds that small. As I walked around the bed, I trippped and hit my leg on a metal bar that was sticking out of the bed. If a child had done this they would have been seriously injured. Later on that nite we took a shower and the tub was clogged and the water didi not go down. On Saturday morning, we were sleeping and a knock came, my boyfriend asked who was it and no one responded. Two seconds later the maid was entering the room and luckly we had the top lock bar on the door. So my boyfriend got up and open the door, I am still in the bed and the maid just walked right in and start cleaning. So I got up went into the bathroom and put on some clothes. She made the bed but did not put fresh sheets on the bed. After sleeping in a bed that was too small, it was also uncomfortable to were as when I woke up on Sunday morning, my back was in so much pain that we went to CVS after checking out and I had to by some Aleve. The only good thing about visiting OC was the beach, amusement park and I highly recommend EMBERS Restaurant as well as Phillips as a place to dine. As far as the DaysInn Hotel, I will not stay there again. The only thing that was good regarding the room is that we had Ocean Block View were as we sat on the balcony and viewed the beach. The office staff, not to customer friendly. My next visit will be in September, I will be booking with another hotel.

Days Inn Oceanfront: "Did not like my stay"

I was not happy with my stay at all. it took 45 minutes to get checked in due to the room not being cleaned yet. I have stayed at many hotels and this was one of the dirtiest rooms I have ever been in. both inside the room and the outside, including the patio and balcony. Also the elevator was not working, it would remain on the first floor, so we had to walk up the steps with all our luggage etc. I also found mouse dirt on my pillow, which was really discusting. I would never stay there again.

Days Inn Oceanfront: "Our stay at Days Inn"

Upon arrival at Days Inn, my son checked in and the keys were given to him for room S101. This room was not the type of room that I had reserved. This room was stuck back in a dark corner, was an efficiency and was not in very clean or good condition. My husband was not happy. When people started showering, the ceiling began to leak. We had to repack our clothes and move to a new room, S212, missing a planned dinner engagement. Room S212 was a much nicer room and a much nicer location. We did have problems with our door key - having to go to the office several times to get our key reactivated.

My daugters and I enjoyed the view of the beach and some of the boardwalk. It was very relaxing and calming. I would come back again next year.

We stay at this hotel every year. This past stay everytime we called the front desk when we needed something they said they would send someone up. No one ever showed up and we had to run around looking for someone. I don't know if we will stay again next year.

Days Inn Oceanfront: "Bad Plumming"

We stayed in room s202 and when we took our shower the bath tub would not drain. (drained very slowly) There were 4 of us staying in that room. We were standing in dirty water as we took our shower. Afraid the tub would overflow. Also the sink stopper did not work and the sink would not drain and the stopper fell into the pipes down the drain. We went down to the office to make them aware of the problems. They sent a maintence man up to the room while we were out. The next day when we took our showers and used the sink we had the same problem. We went back down to the office and talked to Adrian ( who was very helpful and nice) he asked if we would like another room. We said yes and moved to room S107. Which was asmaller room. In that room the patio door to the porch did not open and the toilet would not flush. This time we called the office and was told they would send a maintence man which did not come until we called later that day to complain again. The maintance man still didn"t come when we came back from dinner so we called again. We left and came back and we saw the maintence man had come and fixed the toilet so we thought. When we used the toilet it was stilled not fixed it did't flush.We complained again and the they said they would fix it and when we left to go home it still wasn't fixed. I suggest you get maintence people that can do their job properly or no one will want to stay in the Days Inn. I was very disappointed in your hotel because when I travel I usually stay in a Days Inn and never had this problem. I think i shoul be reimbursed for my inconvenience. I will not be staying in that Days Inn when I visit Ocean City again.

Reasonable price, and great location. Clean room, but maid service did not come 1 day. Would stay there again for sure. Nice clean pool area
