I reserved an Oceanfront room at the Days Inn Oceanfront hotel in Ocean City. I received a confermation of my reservation by your website and the hotel and was excited to get there. Upon my arrival and entering my room I was surprised and angry. My room was not an Oceanfront but rather on the side with somewhat of a view of the beach. I went back to the reception area to complain. I had a print out of my reservation and confirmations and still was told that reserving through a website does not guarantee me the room I requested. No Oceanfront rooms were available anymore and so therefore I could not be accomodated. I was very angry and disappointed since the price was not readjusted either. I continuesly received statements that nothing can be done about it. So I am not sure if I will ever use a website to reserve my hotelroom.

The people at the front desk ignore you. rooms were never cleaned and you had to ask for garabage to be emptied and for towels, when we arrived my bathroom had poop all over it and was never cleaned and the front desk never sent anyone to clean it. I had to clean my own rooms.there was garbage from previous guest still in the room, not too mention them canceling my rooms upon arrival. I was very upset in the whole stay and I was planning on returning in August. your manangement ignored me is the main problem besides the cleaniness,

Rooms were clean and manageable. The oceanfront room was great & I would recommend anyone stay at this hotel.

Days Inn Oceanfront: "OK STAY"

Rooms are o.k., but on the small side. Sliding door was broken, so couldn't go out on balcony.Water pressure in mornings were terrible. If you stay here be sure to shower off-peak times.

The maids weren't very helpful when looking for something because alot of them didn't speak English so it was difficult to communicate when we needed something. And the only other complaint was that the pool didn't seem very heated even tho it was said to be a heated pool. Otherwise it was a nice stay.

Room was clean and comfortable. Would have been nice to have the restaurant open even though it wasn't the Memorial Day weekend. Price was very reasonable for that time of the year. Would stay there again.

The hospitality was poor and the room was filthy. We visit OC at least three times a year. We decided to try another hotel because of rates. As the saying goes, "You get what you pay for." I will never stay there again.

For the price of the room, I could have stayed in my car! The only thing I liked about the room was the kingsize bed which, incidently, took up almost the entire room, but was quite comfortable. The water in the bathroom sink would not shut off until my husband turned off from underneath, there were people lined up in front of our room watching the cars cruise who didn't leave until wee hours of the morning, the bathtub is so high my husband almost fell getting out, the air conditioner was noisy, and the safety chain to the door was broken. Anything else? Oh yeah, the clerk on Saturday afternoon, 10/11, was not pleasant at all. She could learn a few things taking a customer service class, and the clerk that checked us out on Sunday morning wasn't any better. She was too busy talking to the cop instead of paying attention to me. Not a good experience, and I will not stay at another Days Inn nor recommend it to family or friends. Shoot, I wouldn't recommend it to my enemies!
