I will NEVER stay at that hotel again!!!!!!!! The rooms are a dump and they act like you are staying at Trump hotel!!!!!!

It was just OK, I don't like to put anyone or anything down, but I don't think I would stay there again. It wasn't the personell they were fine I just didn't care for the motel in general.

was very disappointed the beds were very uncomfortable custer service not existant told them wi fi wasnt workin 4 times and wasnt able to connect during my whole trip and never bothered following up with me

Room dirty. dresser drawer had dirt in it. furniture falling apart. toilet broke-wouldn't flush in middle of night. Room very small. only had 1/2 roll of toilet paper in room. went to office to get more toilet paper and they had none except another 1/2 roll they found. we were afraid to get under the covers to sleep. cigarette burns on bedspreads. Should have walked out!!!! Disgusting!!!

The first viewing of the hotel room came as a little bit of a shock due to the fact that the website looked so great, whereas the room was not. The website noted that the rooms were "newly renovated" and they definietely weren't. There are no pictures of the rooms for a reason. However the location was fantastic. If you are looking for a room that you will not be spending much time in at all; ie. sleeping, shower, etc., than this is the place for you. However if you are looking for a hotel in OC with good views and all the frills than look elsewhere.
