Cabana motel: "Decent"

I went to Cabana with two girlfriends of mine and we chose it mainly for the price because it was a last minute reservation, as we booked 2 weeks in advance. We paid a decent price, and it was a block and a half to the boardwalk. The staff was very efficient and the room was an average sized room, however, one of the racks inside the refridgerator wasn't cleaned properly- we just removed it for our stay. Also, the pool is fairly small, but it's a nice place to lay out and when not fully packed, decent sized. Our stay was successful, if you're looking for a decent price and not anything over the top, then Cabana is an option for you.

As soon as I opened the door to our room I was highly dissapointed with the quarters we would be staying in. I knew this wouldn't be a luxury motel but this was NOT WORTH the couple bucks you can save. The walls had marks everywhere, the room reeked of bleach, and the pillows felt like rocks. I did not get any sleep in this room and I would NOT RECOMEND it to anyone

It was close to places like duncan donuts, liquors stores, pizza, cvs, dippin dots. also it was not far from the boardwalk. the personal pool was nice. the room could have been better, but it also could have been worst. the cabana is in need of renovations. there was ants and flies in the room, but overall not a bad stay for the money.

Our eperience in Cabana Motel was terrible, the 1st. day that we arrived and saw the room wasn't unexpected for the money that we paid. The Motel maintenace was poor, the toilet was very durty with feces around the toilet seat. and had a heating cover on the wall that was dangerous for the kids, a piece of metal that can cause cuts. The matress are terrible for sleep and caused back problems. The security chain for the door wasn't on place and I was founded under the small lamp table. The Ice maker machine doesn't work and was very inconvenience. My opinion about this motel was unpleasent and will not a place for vacation and I never will recommended to anybody to used it.

Cabana motel: "Long weekend get-away. (20 somethings)"

The Cabana is conveniently located no more than 2 blocks from the beach which was really nice. If you are looking for luxury and exceptional accommodations The Cabana unfortunately is not your place. If you are looking for somewhere cheap, as we were, then check out The Cabana. Our room was a little dingy looking and I thought twice about walking barefoot but I knew we weren't going to be spending a lot of time in the room. We were also told we would have a microwave in the room and did not.

Cabana motel: "ok for a weekend away"

This motel was a basic motel, the price was ok, the rooms were clean but the pool is alot smaller then the picture. The service was pretty good they were very friendly. Ied recomend this motel to people just going for the weekend but the beds were to hard to stay a whole week.

Cabana motel: "about our stay "

I thought your motel was dirty. I had dirty towels in my room when I got there and a half empty bottle of liquour in the freezer. There were ants in the room and no one changed our bed sheets once. I would never stay at your motel again and never recommend anyone to stay either. The only good thing is it's convience to the boardwalk and beach. And I also think for as much money as you spend to stay there and you are suppose to relax an enjoy your vacation you should be aloud to have visitors in your room. I also think it is stupid that your office isn't always open and no one is available all night or early in the morning. We wanted to check out early our last day and the office didn't open until 9am. So we had to wait.

Cabana motel: "Never going back"

The rooms are very small( we had 2 adults and 2 children), you could only sit or lay on the beds. if one person wanted to go to the bathroom and another was going to the small fridge, you had to wait while the other one went because there was no room to walk. The beds were extremly hard, the mattress was about 2 inched thick so when you woke up in the morning your whole body was sore from the hardness. The shower went from hot to cold with no or very little pressure, it was hard to rinse the soap from your body. We stayed on the top floor, the floor felt like it was going to fall. If you looked across the pathway you could see that it was crooked( not stable). When you layed in your bed at night and the other people that were staying in the hotel would walk to their rooms you could feel the floor moving just from them walking.The pool was located beside Coastal Highway and the parking lot with a fence around it, no privacy and you felt like you were in the middle of the road (safety). The price wasnt bad but you get what you pay for, still to pricey for what you get. I would recomend this place to people that could care less about safety, cleanness, location, it is basically a run down hotel with nothing to offer. The maid was nice and the desk clerk seemed helpful.

Cabana motel: "cheapest isn't always better"

Fair price, but the room was damp and musty, ceiling tiles were pushed up, refrigerator/freezer did not work properly, not enough towels - 1 day we did not get any, beds were very uncomfortable and the outside had rusty doors. The employees were friendly and did accomidate our needs when asked.

Cabana motel: "HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!"

I would NOT recommend this to anyone, unless you like ants crawling on you while sleeping, feeling unsafe because your door doesn't lock, dirty sheets and shower, and best of all, snow portraits on the walls! This all became apparent when the neighbors had the same complaints.
