Well, where to start. First off, the room did not have heat, the bathroom window did not close, and the room smelled awful, like strong chlorine. Also we had to fix the hot water faucet on the sink and the mirror was leaning on the wall instead of being mounted to it. This qualifies as the absolute worst hotel we have ever stayed at. I know it was cheap, and we weren't expecting the Hilton, but man this place was bad. I will never stay here again.

was great, for no longer than there - accomodations were fine and price very reasonable - did not try pool, it was just too cold!!!

Cabana motel: "Not so pleasant"

The Cabana (formerly Fountain Court) used to be a family place to stay and used to be cleaner and monitored for people acting up. Our stay during Sunfest 2008 was not pleasant as there were many drunken people hanging out on the deck outside of our room screaming and being extremely LOUD. We won't be staying there anymore.

Cabana motel: "poor parking"

The carpet in the room was "sticky", couldn't walk in bare feet without being disgusted, there was a dried blood spot on the shower wall. I was told the parking spot in front of my room was my spot but someone else parked there and never moved. I complained but I might as well talked to the walls. Couldn't understand a word the manager said. You should give him English lessons. The parking spots should be numbered and the bottom rooms get the spot in front of the room. Not sure if I'll stay again, maybe if they number the spots.

Dirtiest floors in OC. After taking a shower and walking to the bed my feet were brown from the dirt picked up. Not exagerrating.

I stayed at the Cabana twice this summer. It was one of the least expensive places to stay in Ocean City, with a very ideal location for us: three blocks from fish tales, 2 from the Paddock, and 5 from Brass Balls, all walking distance. Rooms were decently spacious for 4 people for a couple nights. There were drawers for clothes and even a semi-closet with hangers. The front desk had an iron and a blow dryer that we were able to borrow. I have stayed in smaller, crappier rooms that have cost more money down there. I have stayed in nicer places, but we also paid the price for those.

Cabana motel: "cleaner rooms"

The rugs could've been much cleaner and the outside deck rugs were dirty - it doesn't take much to sweep more often and change the rugs. They were filthy and when they are replaced, I will come back, great location. Good maid service and very pleasant. Thank you.

Upon check-in we walk into our room which is hotter than the 82 degree weather outside. We decided to change into our suits, turn the air conditioner on, PLUG IN the refridgerator and television into the extension cord they provided and then head to the beach to let the room cool down. Upon our return the room was still just as hot. I went in to the desk and told them the air conditioner does not work and she tells me that maintenance won't be in until tomorrow. I told her I could NOT sleep in that room due to medical reasons (asthma) which she then asked if the room was clean, I advised it was but the towels were dirty and some sand on the floor. She moves us to another room. We pack our stuff and head a few doors down Finally after a 5 hour drive and a day at the beach we can get a good nights sleep, or so I thought. The beds were extremely hard and I am 5'4" and couldn't fit on the bed. My feet were hanging out of the bottom of the bed. My husband is 6'1" and he was hanging off the bed from his knees down. Everytime one of us would roll over the bed would squeek and the headboard would bang up against the nightstand. The bathroom, although we could tell it was cleaned, still looked dirty. Dirt in the grout of the shower and the bathroom floor. There was still bits of throw up under one of the beds. By far the worst place I have ever stayed. We were so extremely upset by the stay we have decided not to come back to Ocean City period.
