We have 2 units available for groups and families in July and August, large groups can rent both units with occupancy up to 16. Great 28th St. location. Within 3 blocks from the beach and boardwalk,Jolly Roger Amusement and Water Park,restaurants, bars, and miniature golf courses. The townhouse is part of a duplex and has 2 floors with central AC. 1st floor has a full eat in kithen. There is a back porch off the kitchen. Living room has a sleeper sofa for 2, cable TV,and DVD.The 1st floor also has a full size washer and dryer and a full bathroom. 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms and one full bathroom. Outside you have a back porch and a small yard and parking for two cars. You can use charcoal grills in the yard, not on the porch. No gas grills allowed.
