This immaculate vacation condominium is perfect for your family needs. It’s a “can't miss choice”.
The huge swimming pool is 82 feet by 50 feet with three long lap lanes available for the swimmers in your family. For the younger children, a baby pool is also available directly next to the adult pool. Lifeguards are on duty during pool hours for your protection.
The condo is beautifully furnished with all of the modern conveniences. The unit features 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, with approximately 1,000 feet of living space. The open floor plan includes a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and full-size dining table that flows into a spacious dining area and lavish living room. The entertainment area includes a brand new 40 inch HD (high definition) cable TV with DVD, VCR and movies from our personal family collection. The master bedroom offers a queen size bed, private bathroom and cable TV. The second bedroom offers two twin beds. Additional queen & twin sofa beds are also available in the living room by opening the sofa and love seat, respectively. Bed linens are supplied for your convenience.
The unit has Central Air Conditioning / Heat and a brand new, large washer / dryer.
The unit has a large, screened balcony directly overlooking the Bay with an incredible waterfront view.
The full size kitchen includes a fridge, stove, dishes, pots, pans, utensils, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric can opener, electric mixer, etc.
