How do I view the properties?

Just go to www.oceancity.com/rentals. You can browse the sorted list of Ocean City properties from there or you can search based on date and amenities. You can also use the Advanced Search for more specific options. Note that not all owners include an availability calendar, so some rentals may be available that are not returned at the top of your search results.

 

How do I inquire about a rental?

Most listings on the OceanCity.com Vacation Rentals will have a contact form or a listed telephone number. Using the contact form will send a message directly to the property owner.

 

How long does it take to hear back from the owner?

Property owners will typically respond to your inquiry within 48 hours, however there is no guarantee you will receive a response. If the listing includes a telephone number, you may wish to use that option if you're looking for a quicker response.

 

How can I contact OceanCity.com with questions?

If you have questions about the rentals process, please use the contact form at www.oceancity.com/contact.php. We will not be able to provide information about specific properties.

 

How do I know the rental I'm interested in is legitimate?

Renters are encouraged to ask owners/agents all their questions and concerns prior to entering into a rental agreement. Renters are responsible for conducting their own investigations regarding prospective properties, owners, and agents. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any concerns about a property or owner.

 

How does the multiple property inquiry work?

You can contact multiple properties with a single inquiry. When you find the properties you are interested in, click the "Add to Multiple Property Inquiry" link found beneath the listing's main image. Then, when you are ready to contact all of the properties that you have put in your queue, click the Multiple Property Inquiry button found on the left side of the page. Submitting the following form will send you inquiry to all of the properties you see listed.
