Ocean City Today, the most recognized newspaper in Ocean City, Maryland, was founded in 1993 and is owned by a small group of local stockholders.
It is distributed throughout northern Worcester County, Maryland and parts of Sussex, Delaware every Friday and is available free on newsstands throughout the Ocean City, Maryland area with an average year-round circulation of 18,000 newspapers.
The Ocean City newspaper company launched a second publication, Ocean City Digest, in 1996. The Ocean City Digest is a paid newspaper of record for Northern Worcester County, Maryland, serving as the source of public notices and business information for the legal community and government.
