Parking

 Auto Parking:

Parking is available in city lots, private lots and on certain public streets. Do not park in front of any curb painted red, or blocking any public or private driveway. Parking meters on all City parking lots are in effect 24 hours a day; meters on the streets vary, but the hours are posted on the meter. No more than one vehicle may park in a designated space of any size.

Metered Parking Lots

The Town of Ocean City provides several metered parking lots that operate from April 2nd to October 16th. Payment is required 24 hours each day.   Parking is free after October 16th.
The parking meters are in operation 24hours a day. The cost is $1.50 per hour. An asterisk (*) indicates parking lots which have change machines.

Hugh T. Cropper Inlet Parking Lot
Open April 2 through October 16, the lot offers 1,200 spaces, including 35 handicapped-accessible spaces. Paid parking ends on the 3rd Sunday of October each year.

Rates:

SPRING &  FALL RATES:           The spring rates are  in effect from April 2 through midnight of the  Wednesday before Memorial Day. The fall rates are from Tuesday after Labor Day through October 16.

The rates are as  follows:

Weekday and Weekend =  $1.50 per hour

NOTE: Lost tickets  will result in a maximum charge of $36.00

SUMMER  RATES:           The summer rates are  in effect from Thursday before Memorial Day through  Labor Day. The rates are as follows:

Weekday and Weekend =  $2.50 per hour

NOTE: Lost tickets  will result in a maximum charge of $60.00

Deliveries can be made at no charge before 10 am daily.

100th Street Parking Lot
The 100th Street Parking Lot is open from the Friday of Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day. It operates from 8 a.m. to 1 a.m., seven days a week. It is located on the bayside of Coastal Highway across from the Sheraton Hotel. Entry to the lot is accessed via 100th Street behind the water tower. The lot offers 234 parking spaces and 8 handicapped spaces.
The lot is priced for long-term parking. The rates are as follows:
$ 6.00 per day $ 25.00 per week $ 70.00 per month $ 175.00 season pass
Only cash payment is accepted. Customers pay in advance, and are issued a pass card which allows the driver to enter and leave as desired.

RV Parking:

RV parking is available at the Kitchen Restaurant on Wicomico Street for a fee. RVs and oversized vehicles (6’8″ wide or wider, and/or 21’2″ long or longer), may not be parked on municipal streets or parking lots from June 1 until September 15. However, limited RV parking is permitted at the 100th Street Municipal Park Lot for a fee. Call 410-524-0038 for information.
