    lbo,

I believe Buddy sold Micky Fins over the winter and it reopened this year with new ownership. They kept the name, but I hear the menu is totally different.

Slightly off topic, as usual, a co-worker recently hyped AND recommended Jonah and the Wail.....I'd have better food hanging out with the ducks at BJ's at feeding time.

Jumbo's should use the plane banners for advertising. I am getting really sick of that Geico lizard.

    Thanks for the post!

That's actually not a bad idea.

When we were there, I asked the waitress how business was (I could see it was bad...) and she said they were cutting the hours back, only opening certain days for lunch, and not reopening till 4 for dinner time. So if that's the case they are really in DEEP trouble. Like I stated earlier there is no signs even once you walk up the stairs there is nothing, add that to just flat out - locking the doors & shutting down certain hours on different days, I'll be shocked if they make it past labor day. and like I said it's a shame because they give you a lot of food, everything was good and the price is reasonable.

That spot won't work unless a big name spinoff goes there or something. It needs to be a casual bar with that deck. Last owners had the same trouble. They had Rupe there on Sunday afternoons on the deck, then called him after two or three shows to cancel. A restaurant alone won't make people go back there.

How long was Windows on the bay in that location?

I was under the impression they had a pretty good business there, for a number of years...
